Jul's Chic Designs' accepts returns on eligible reduced-price (or “sale”) items within fourteen (14) days from the date that the item was delivered to you. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at Jul's Chic Designs' discretion according to Jul's Chic Designs' terms for the refund.
